A July 23 2011 wedding is planned.Karen and Dale Kelley of Angola, NY announce the engagement of their daughter, Sabrina Kelley, to Phil Ryan son of Jeri Ryan of Gowanda, NY. The bride's grandfather is Raymod Vollmer. Miss Kelly is a graduate of Lakeshore Senior High and is currently employed by The Resource Center. Her fiance' is employed by Job Corps.
