Teresa Rahr of Falconer NY and Larry Whitehill Sr of Jamestown NY announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Whitehill, to Andy Evans, son of Bernice and James Reil of Pittsfield, PA. The bride's grandmother is Madlien Pognant of Sumter, SC. The bride is a 2009 graduate of Jamestown High School. Her fiance graduated from Youngsville High in 2009.
A June 26, 2010 wedding is planned.
